Schnapper eBay Tools - Support-Forum

I have just updated to 2.10.27 and extended my licence for another 2 years. Now I cannot get things to work.
The test login does not appear to do anything, even with debug mode on
Refresh item results in an error (See attachment)
Test connection results in an error (See attachment)
Import my eBay results in an error (See attachment)
Item details do not get filled in.

Help!

PS Windows 7. I have cleared cache and restarted several times.

I have just discovered the manual update link on the German forum (with the help of Google translate) and now everything is working properly. I'll save the link on my PC for future use.
